Gelila Enbaye

Gelila Enbaye is a researcher for a foreign policy think tank in Berlin. Born and raised in Germany, Gelila's parents are from Eritrea. Growing up, her family's discussions about politics sparked her interest, particularly in politics on the African continent. Gelila follows closely the Horn of Africa and political economy. Aside from her work, Gelila enjoys music. She has been playing the violin and piano from a young age and finds joy in playing with others in various ensembles. Gelila also enjoys exploring the diverse genres of African music as a listener.
