Hailing from Zimbabwe, Tavimbanashe has a background in Food and Beverage business management and has worked in hotels and restaurants in Zimbabwe, South Africa and the USA. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality Management with a specialisation in Gastronomy and a Master of Science in Food Innovation and Management. Her current focus is on the nexus of food and health in African foodscapes.
